At last, it has arrived!

The singular track revived from the throes of Christmas, friends, I give you "The Paradox of Snow" [demo] off the Nude Productions Cmas EP "Ivory Shoes". This original composition was meant to go along with 3 covers of popular Christmas tunes as well as 1 other original track. The other ones we never finished due to our studio equipment becoming stolen. This 6 minute instrumental piece was composed by Kevin Diamant (a.k.a "Macorosh Melodia"). Share and enjoy!

Nude Productions is back on line and rolling tape...err...hard disks.I'm in an FD home now with a nice studio to work in, so expect older Family songs redone, instrumentals, and NEW TRACKS are on their way. Since the completion of this kiddy keys project, I'm going to be able to spend a lot more time recording music that I enjoy. There has been a shift in the music that I have been and will be producing, and a lot of my old music habits have been dropped. To some this may be good news, to others bad...but I just wanted you all to know that...

Christmas EP News UPDATE!!!

NP will be releasing a Christmas EP with both original and traditional music over the next week or so. All music will be 100% instrumental, no vocals. Aside from myself, it will feature Peter (from the Metanoya) on guitar and Kevin Diamant on piano. I will put a "" next to a song when it is completed, and will post the links as they are released.

NP Christmas EP

Now that I have a snazzy little firewire mixer and a laptop, I will be able to record wherever I go.
So, in whichever place I am residing I will be reording an EP of Christmas instrumental music in my freetime. Depending on where I am, and which other musicians' talents I will have access to, the music style will vary. I have recorded an instrumental song with Kevin Diamant (14 yrs) who lives down in Amistad. He plays killer piano, and the song that we recorded was one of his original compositions titled "Ivory Shoes (and the Queen of Snow)" which will be availible in the upcoming Nude Productions feature album. He would be my choice of piano player for this Christmas Special EP album.

And, no, I have not given up work on the feature album that I have promised to so many for so long, but it has YET AGAIN been put on hold until I can settle into an FD home. But do begin to expect a pretty steady flow of singles from the beginning of December until the album is released. stay happy, everyone! Love you all!

Nude Productions Album UPDATE!!!

Okay well, I told a lot of people that an album would be coming out soon from Nude Productions, and this is still partly true...at least the part about it coming out...don't know how soon still. Anyways, I have about 6 songs so far of which only 1 is totally completed. The main focus for this album has changed recently as I have more pending projects (WS stuff) to work on. So now this album will be of wide variety, styles including:
Punk, hard rock, Metal, Alternative, Instrumental Rock, Slow stuff, etc...A little bit of everything for everyone.

Right now I'm waiting on a few more demos to come in from my main songwriter(Steve Gilb) and some bass tracks for a few other songs. I am aiming for 10 songs total for this album, and will really appreciate your prayers and any support you have to give. If you have any songs you would like me to produce with this album ,send me a demo and I'll see what we can do. This project has been a lot of fun, and is turning out pretty good so far...but as I said before, it's a side thing...totally spare time type stuff. I am also working on a name for this album as the other on I had has been taken by a more recent band...select the option you like for a Nude Productions Album. and comment below

Family Instructional Music Video no1 "Prophet"

This is the first in a series of Instructional Music Videos to teach different Family songs. The goal is to make Family songs easier and more fun to learn by writing tabs, filming instructional videos, and writing music to various Family songs. All contributions will be accepted and a website is currently under construction for the project. This endeavor is still in it's "baby" stage, but hopefully it will blossom into a major thing. Other musicians are already involved in the project and many ideas are floating around.

Here is my first contribution..."Prophet" by the Family band "Salt of Earth"...It is rather rough, but hopefully it will be a help to you. All comments are welcome!

Sorry for not posting lately...things have been pretty busy. Just thought I shouldn't forsake you guys entirely.

update number the FIRST: I sold my funky old crate amp and bought a spankin' Fender hot rod Deville 410 all-tube amp.

Update of the number 2: I have totally dropped the recording of Charlotte's album as she has had immense difficulty finding time to get into the studio to make some vocal tracks. But this project may be finished up later on.

The 3rd uptade: The music tracks of two songs have been completed for Steve Gilb's album...styles reached in the album include but are not limited to: Alternative Rock/ Hard Rock/ Metal/ Punk...not sure if there will be any added or taken away fromt he list...this is just a simple projection....more on this later.

FOURTH update: Melanie Maurits has submitted a single for production. Started on this today....going good. I'm liking the feel. Nice to be doing a slow song for a change.

Date going up the 6th: I posted a new single on the familymusicforums on the 18th of last month...join to hear it or visit the Glitch.

My old band live!

Well...just found these in the archives. They are two song from back in '06 when my old band and I played at a JT camp called "B.L.A.S.T". The band stayed together for about two years, but disbanded when I left for the States. We went by the name "N.A.K.E.D" for the total duration of our existence, even though another band in Housten decided to adopt that name almost two years after we began(still unresolved ). BE WARNED!!! If you are easily frightened or disoriented by badly recorded and played music then DO NOT PROCEED!!! (we had serious technical difficulties and a power surge which blew our bass amp......everyone who was there would know what I mean be "technical difficulties...it was pretty funny) For all you other ppl...credits and links follow:l

Well Charlotte's album dosen't look like it'll get completed, as she moved homes and dosen't have much timefor recoding anymore...But yeah, I've done the music tracks for a few of her songs...just she hasen't been able to record the vocals yet...you can pray for that.

Started work on two new of my own songs...both are looking really good so far, ttl.
I should be able to finish those as soon as I get into my home in Mexico...hopefully only about two weeks away. Please pray that everything falls into place and that the whole moveing and rejoing FD thing will flow smoothly. Cheers PPL!

Offensive Overture!

Here's a little song I put together over the space of two days in about 6 hours total(including mixing and mastering, I wanna do more to it, but I'm leaving for Mexico by train tomorrow morning and can't bring my computer with me)...It's called "Offensive Overture". I just had this riff in my head one day and decided I wanted to make something out of it, and well...here we have it. I concentrated much more on getting good music quality than on the vocals, so they(the vocals) are kinda scratchy. Also, when my computer crashed I lost my throat modeling software, so here's the real me for once! :D Another thing to note is that this is the first song that I've actually done all alone...yes...totaweee awone...All praise to the Big Cheese for inspiration and anything else good that went into or came out of this song!

Album production is under way! Can't give a release date yet, but hopefully sometime around new years...all computer issues have been cleared up, keep us in your prayers! :D

We are troubled on every side....

But NO!!! We are not distressed, because we have Jesus, the new weapons, and you our Family tobfight fo us in prayer. All that to say that this is the second time in one week that the computer has had crashed, not to mention all the other technical difficluties that it's been throwing at me during the times when it is "working". You see, I'm useing my Dad's computer, and it really a good computer, fast and powerful, but when I built it for him, I got parts that were configured for Video performance, not audio as he is an avid video editor...hence all the technical issues. I have just finished building a grand 3g's RAM, Athlon x2 5200+, m-audio delta, 300gb SATA computer...but guess what? I'm working out of a small 2mx2m room, with barely enough space for one computer, let alone 2.
So I can't use the
"Super-computer" (nicknamed "Pucky") until I get into a home...
ptl though, because if my Dad's computer Wasen't as decent as it is, then there would be trouble indeed. So it looks like the Evil Bugger, is really trying to
mess up
Big Cheese's plans...Help us defeat him through prayer!

Prayer list:

1.) For the computer to start working

2.) For me to be able to recover the drum tracks for the currnet song(three days of work :D)

3.) For me to be able to get into an FD home soon
